Abstract

SEPTIYANINGSIH, Correlation Between Store Image With Customer Satisfaction Indomaret Jaticempaka at Citizen of RW 010 Jaticempaka, Pondok Gede. Script. Jakarta: Study Program of Commerce Education, Economic And Administration Department, Economi Fakulty, State University of Commerce Education Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, School of Economics, State University of Jakarta, January 2013. The aim of this research is to find the possibility a positive correlation between Store Image with Customer Satisfaction Indomaret Jaticempaka at Citizen of RW 010 JatiCempaka, Pondok Gede. The period of this research was four months since October 2012 until January 2013. This research used survey methods by correlation approach. The population of this research were Citizen of RW 010 Jaticempaka Pondok Gede who've been and subscribe and satisfied with Indomaret Jaticempaka. Affordable population was citizen of RW 010 RT 006 as many 49 people in accordance with the characteristics of the populatio n. From those population at affordable is taken 44 people for sample. Equation of the simple linear regression give the formula of regression Y = 46.53 + 0.60. Test analysis conditional test proved the validation on variable Y to variable is normal distributed. It is proved the calculation that used Liliefors test at significant level (α) = 0.05 that indicates Lcount = (0.0936) < Ltable = (0.1336). In hypothesis testing, significance testing, and linearity regression using Table Analysis of Variance (ANAVA). Significance of test results obtained regression Fhitung = 28.76> F table = 4.07 which states regression means. Dar linearity regression test results obtained Fhitung = 0.51 <F table = 2.15, which indicates that the regression model used is linear. The corelation coefficient is counted by product moment formula by pearson indicates rxy 0,622. While the result or correlation coefficient significant test indicates Tcount 5,149 and Ttable 1,68. Because the result shows Tcount > Ttable, the research indicates there is a significant correlation between store image with customer satisfaction Indomaret Jaticempaka at Citizen of RW 010 Jaticempaka Pondok Gede. The count of determination coefficient test indicates 38.70% the variance of variable Y is determined by the variable X. The conclusion of research shown that a positive correlation between the store image with customer satisfaction Indomaret Jaticempaka at Citizen of RW 010 Jaticempaka Pondok Gede. It means if better store image,with customer satisfaction Indomaret Jaticempaka at Citizen of RW 010 Jaticempaka Pondok Gede. Just the opposite, if the store image decrease, customer service will decrease.
