Abstract
EFFECT OF STRATEGIC PLANNING AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT ON COMPANY PERFORMANCE WHICH IMPACT ON THE COMPETITIVENESS OF COMPANIES SOGIARA SINAGA ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of strategic planning and supply chain management on company performance which impact on company competitiveness. The population of this research is the employees of metal manufacturing industry located in Jabotabek area. The sample in this study is 130 people. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling technique. Data from respondents' answers are analyzed for their compatibility with SEM on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that from the seven hypotheses, the whole is accepted. Strategic planning has a positive effect on company performance, supply chain management has a positive effect on company performance, company performance has a positive effect on the competitiveness of companies, strategic planning has a positive effect on the competitiveness of companies, supply chain management has a positive effect on the competitiveness of companies, strategic planning has a positive effect on competitiveness mediated by company performance, and supply chain management has a positive effect on competitiveness mediated by company performance.
