Abstract

HILDA FAUZIAH. Correlation Between Leadership on Work Productivity in CV. Inaura Anugerah, East Jakarta. Script. Jakarta: Study Program of Commerce Education, Economic And Administration Department, Economic Faculty, State University of Jakarta. 2014. The aim of this research is to find the possibility a positive correlation between leadership on work producitivityin CV. Inaura Anugerah, East Jakarta. The period of this research was three months since April 2014 until June 2014. This research used survey methods by correlation approach. The population of this research were all employee of CV. Inaura Anugerah. While the society population at affordable were employee of marketingas many as 50 people in accordance with the characteristics of the population. From those population at affordable is taken 44 people for sample. Equation of the simple linear regression give the formula of regression Ŷ = 52,37 + 0,247X. Test analysis conditional test proved the validation on variabel Y to variable is normal distributed. It is proved by the calculation that used Liliefors test at significant level (α) = 0,05 that indicates Lcount (0.071) <Ltable (0.134). Testing linearity of regression produces Fcount< Ftable is 1,244 < 2,42, so it was concluded that the linear equation regression. From test significance regression produces Fcount> Ftable which is23,45 > 4,05, meaning that the regression equation is significant. The correlation coefficient is counted by Product Moment formula by Pearson indicates rxy 0.599. While the results of correlation coefficient significant test indicates tcount = 4,84 and ttable = 1,68. Because the result shows tcount> ttable, the research indicates there is a significant correlation between leadership on work productivityin CV. Inaura Anugerah, East Jakarta. The count of determination coefficient test indicates 35,83% the variance of variable Y is determined by variable X. The conclusion of research shown that a positive correlation Leadership on work productivityin CV. Inaura Anugerah, East Jakarta.It means that better the work enironment, better the work performance can be achieved.
