Abstract

Aminullah Kamal. Field Work Practice Report (PKL) in the Marketing Division of the Rendal section of the PSO (Public Service Obligation) of PT. Pupuk Indonesia (Persero). Jl. Taman Anggrek Kemanggisan Jaya Jakarta, 11480 Indonesia, Jakarta July 9 2018 to August 31, 2018. Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. The Practice of Field Work for Praktikan aims to increase experience and train themselves to prepare for competition in the world of work later. Praktikan implement Field Work Practices (PKL) in the Marketing Division of the PSO (Public Service Obligation) Rendal. The assignment given to Praktikan is Making Short Summary, Training Report of employees, and PSAK 71 Training as well as distribution allocation of Fertilizers throughout Indonesia. From the implementation of this Field Work Practice, the practitioner can improve the knowledge, abilities, and skills of students in the field of work directly, specifically management in the marketing department of the company
