ABSTRACT Dicky Mardiansyah. 8105132172. The Effect Of Parents Attention And Learning Facility On Correspondence Learning Outcomes In Student Class X Vocational High School Nurul Iman Jakarta. Script, Jakarta : Program Study Education Of Office Administration, Faculty Of Economy, State University Of Jakarta. 2017. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect between parents attention and learning facility on correspondence learning outcomes in student class X Vocational High School Nurul Iman Jakarta. This research was conducted during February, starting from February 2017 until Juny 2017. This research used survey method with quantitative corellation. The population in this study were all students of VHS Nurul Iman with the inaccessible population of class X (Ten) class of Student Affairs Administration 1 and 2. Technique of sampling using random technique proportional, so got the number of research sample counted 58 respondents. Data collection techniques used survey techniques, document recording and questionnaires. To get the learning result data (Y), done by counting the average value of daily test resul and UTS of Correspondence subjects even semester. Then the data of Parents Attention (X1) and learning facility (X2) Obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires on respondents. Data analysis technique performed is analysis requirements test consisting of normality test and linearity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test consisting of F test and T test. Based on the result of the analysis, it is known that there is a partial influence between the Parents Attention and learning outcomes. Can be seen from the results of data analysis known that the value of t count of 5.181> value ttabel 1.673. Then there is a partial influence between learning facility and learning outcomes. Can be seen from the data analysis results note that the value of tcount of 2,470 > ttable value 1673. Parents Attention and learning facility simultaneously affect the learning outcomes, it is seen from the results of data that shows the value of Fhitung of 20,113> Ftabel value of 3.61. The regression equation obtained is Y = 16.507 + 0,479X1 + 0.221X2. Based on the determination coefficient test obtained value R2 0.423 which means parents attention (X1) and learning facility (X2) affect the learning outcomes (Y) of 42.3%.
