Abstract
Internship Report at HR-GA Departement of DIC Astra Chemicals, Industrial Estate Pulo Gadung, Pulo Buaran Raya Street Blok III, DD No.5-10, RW 9, Jatinegara, Cakung, East Jakarta. July 16 , 2018. Bachelor Degree of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of the internship for Internee is to give knowledge, experience, skills in getting to know the work process or system in company or industry that is not obtained in lectures and Internee will be ready for compete in the world of work. Internee learnt how to input data from Training Record to Personal Competency, make corrections to the list of Technical Competency on Personal Competency, and input data from Personal Competency in 2017 to Man Power Capability Map.
