Abstract

ABSTRACT Dina Permata. 8105132183. The Effect Of Parents Attention And Learning Independent Toward To Learning Outcomes On Student SMKN 40 Jakarta Timur. Script, Jakarta : Program Study Education Of Office Administration, Departement Of Economy And Administration, Faculty Of Economy, State University Of Jakarta. 2017. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect between learning independent and parents attention on learning outcomes in the subject Math at SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta Timur. This research was conducted during January, starting from February 2017 until May 2017. This research used survey method with quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of SMKN 40 Jakarta Timur with the inaccessible population of class X (Ten) class of of Vocational High School Students 40 Jakarta with 171 students. Technique of sampling using proportional random sampling, so got the number of research sample counted 114 respondents. Data collection techniques used survey techniques, document recording and questionnaires. To get the learning result data (Y), done by counting the average value of daily test result of Math subjects even semester. Then the data of parents attention (X1) and independent learning (X2) Obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires on respondents. Data analysis technique performed is analysis requirements test consisting of normality test and linearity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test consisting of F test and T test. Based on the result of the analysis, it is known that there is a partial influence between the parents attention and learning outcomes. Can be seen from the results of data analysis known that the value of t count of 4.406 > value ttabel 1.658. Then there is a partial influence between independent learning and learning outcomes. Can be seen from the data analysis results note that the value of tcount of 7.034 >ttable value 1.658. Parents attention and learning independent simultaneously affect the learning outcomes, it is seen from the results of data that shows the value of Fhitung of 290.223 >Ftabel value of 3.08. The regression equation obtained is Y = 6.596 + 0.333X 1 + 0.563X2. Based on the determination coefficient test obtained value R 2 0.839 which means parents attention (X1) and independent learning (X2) affect the learning outcomes (Y) of 83.9%.
