Abstract

Fatimah Galuh Larasati. 8105150260. “The Influence of Learning Motivation and Learning Environment towards the Learning Achievements against the Students of Class X in Vocational High School Gita Kirtti 2 Jakarta”. Thesis. Jakarta: Economic education courses, the Education Office Administration Concentration, the State University of Jakarta, January 2019. This research has a purpose and that is to know the influence between Learning Motivation and Learning Environment towards the Learning Achievements against the Students of Class X in SMK Gita Kirtti 2. This research was conducted for three months starting in November 2018 until January 2019. Research methods the survey method is used with the correlational approach. The population is affordable in this research the whole class XI Gita Kirtti 2 Jakarta that amounted to 153 students. The sample used in this study is 105 people by using the technique of proportional random sampling. The data of the variable Y (achievements), the variable X 1 (Learning Motivation ) and variable data X 2 (Learning Environment) for the secondary data is Y and X1 and X2 is primary data. Technique of data analysis using SPSS version 24.0. F test results in table ANOVA produces Farithematic (75,930) > Ftable (3.09), this means Learning Motivation and Learning Environment simultaneously have a positive effect on learning achievement.. Test t produce tarithematic X1 (5,010) ≥ ttable (1.984) and tarithematic X2 (3.620) ≥ ttable (1.984). The regression equation on research is Ŷ = 54,621+0,229 X1+0,167X2. The great influence of the dependent variables can be viewed from the value of the coefficient of determination (R square) that the magnitude is 59.8% while the rest amounted to 40.2% is affected by the independent variable that is examined in this study. Conclusion this study is there is a positive and significant influence between Learning Motivation and Learning Environment in Learning Achievements against the students of Class X SMK Gita Kirtti 2 Jakarta.
