Abstract
RARA ISMALIA KUSUMAWARDANI. 8323155302. Analisis Kontribusi Bea Perolehan Hak Atas Tanah dan Bangunan Kabupaten Bogor dan Dampaknya Terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia. Program Studi DIII Akuntansi. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The Fees for Acquiring Land and Building Rights or BPHTB are part of the Regional Taxes in Bogor Regency which are fairly high in revenue and make a significant contribution to Regional Original Income, as well as the impact on the Human Development Index. This Scientific Work was written based on data on the Acquisition of Land and Building Rights, Regional Original Revenue and Bogor Regency Human Development Index 2013-2017 obtained directly from the Regional Revenue Management Agency. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. From the results of this analysis it can be concluded that the contribution of the cost of land acquisition on land and buildings to the original income of Bogor Regency is in the medium criteria with a percentage of 22.9%. The impact of these contributions on the Human Development Index is indeed not directly seen, but with the large contribution role of the acquisition of land and building rights can increase local revenue. With this, the Human Development Index has also increased, because Regional Original Income functions in financing public services and public welfare.
