Abstract

Field work practice report aims to inform 40 days of writer activities (16 July - 7 September 2018) at PT GRAND DARUSSALAM CABANG JAKARTA. the practitioner placed in the Marketing section. This activities aims to gain insights that are not obtained during lectures and empirical experience. During activities, the practitioner does some work such as marketing Umrah package products through social media, telephone, recording the completeness of consumen files, and making consumer manifest data. With this work experience, the practitioner acquires skills and adds knowledge. In addition, to fulfill one of the requirements for obtaining an intermediate degree which is required for every student from Marketing Management study program, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. After completing the Field Work Practice, the practitioner can take some conclusions from the various tasks that the practitioner does, among others, the practitioner has applied the marketing mix knowledge such as promotion strategies to prospective pilgrims. Then get new knowledge about Tour and Travel.
