Abstract

This report was written to inform the practitioners' activities during the Field Work Practices in the Operational, PT. Summarecon Agung, Tbk. Praktikan carry out street vendors at PT. Summarecon Agung, Tbk for 40 days from date July 30, 2018 until September 9, 2018. Praktikan assigned to the Operational Support Section in charge of finding news about the latest property business in 2018, making a cover design of property news journal reports, creating a property journal report, surveying the field of satisfaction regarding customer satisfaction at the launch of the latest residential product PT. Summarecon Agung, and conduct telephone survey to consumers of PT. Summarecon Agung about customer satisfaction after using a place in Summarecon. PT. Summarecon Agung is a company established to build and develop areas in the form of dwellings, property rentals, management of recreational facilities and restaurants. PT. Summarecon Agung emphasizes its products for the middle and upper class with the mission of creating good and comfortable housing products. This Field Work Practice aims to gain work experience and add practical insight into product marketing that has not been obtained during lectures.
