Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of green marketing word of mouth and the quality of service to the decision to use Kamiantar Jakarta. The method used in data collection is a questionnaire with several indicators. The sample used in this study amounted to 200 respondents with the criteria of users of Kamiantar Jakarta services domiciled in Central Jakarta and South Jakarta. Data from the research results were processed and analyzed using SPSS Version 25.0 and Lisrel version 8.8. The results showed that the variables of green marketing, word of mouth and service quality had a positive effect on the decision to use Kamiantar Jakarta. Green marketing and service quality also have a positive effect on word of mouth.
