Abstract

DEVI PUSPAWATI,. Correlation Between Self Conceft And Achivement Motive Student Class X SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. Scription, Jakarta : Study Program Of Commerce Education, Departement of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This study aims to determine whether there is any relationship between the Achievement Motivation Self Concept Students of Class X SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta.Penelitian was conducted for 4 months as from March to June 2015. The method used was survey method correlation approach. The study population was all students of class X SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. Affordable population of this study were 72 students of class X Marketing SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta, with a sample of 58 students to collect data variable X (Self-concept) and Y (Achievement Motivation), shaped instrument used questionnaires, which were distributed to the students of class X SMK Marketing 48 Jakarta. after the test content validity through the validation process is the calculation of the correlation coefficient score of grains with a total score and test reliability with Cronbach alpha formula. Results of the reliability of the variable X (Self-concept) amounted to 0,940 and the reliability of the variable Y (Achievement Motivation) amounted 0,948.Teknik data analysis begins with finding the regression equation in the can is Y = 46,723 + 0,530 X Test requirements analysis error is estimated regression normality test on X by using Liliefors test and obtained Lhitung = 0,085 compared with Ltabel at 0,05 significant level of 0,116. the Lo <Lt. This means that the estimated error of Y on X normal distribution. While the linearity test produces Fhitung (0,74) <Ftabel (1,93), this means regression models were used linier.Uji significance Fhitung regression (28.16)> Ftabel (4,02), this proves that the regression means. Test product moment correlation coefficient r xy produce by 0,578. Then proceed with tests of significance coefficients using the t test. The results obtained are thitung (5,31), while ttable at dk = n - 2 = 58-2 = 56 and the 0,05 significance level was 1,68, meaning thitung> ttabel. Calculation of the coefficient of determination produce rxy2 = 0,5782 = 0,3346. This shows that 33,46% of the variation of achievement motivation is determined by the concept of self. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive relationship between Self Concept with Achievement Motivation In Class X SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta
