Abstract

MIRZA SUPRABA Relationship Between Organizational Culture With Employee Organizational Commitment At PT. SKM (Karyatama Sarana Mandiri) in Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta. Tata Commerce Education Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research was conducted at PT. SKM (Karyatama Sarana Mandiri) for four months, starting from March 2015 until June 2015. The method used was survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. SKM (Karyatama Sarana Mandiri). Affordable population are employees on the production quality of controls which amounted to 35 employees. The sampling technique used was simple random technique as many as 32 employees. The resulting regression equation is Y = 44.13 + 0.53 X Test requirements analysis that estimates the error normality test regression of Y on X with the test Liliefors produce Lhitung = 0.0984 while Ltabel for n = 32 on a significant level of 0.05 is 0.157 Because Lhitung (Lo) <Ltabel (Lt) then the error appraiser Y over X normal distribution. Regression linearity test produces Fhitung <Ftable, namely 0.56 <2.46, so it was concluded that the linear regression equation. Significance of the regression test produces Fhitung> Ftable, ie 14.53> 4.17, meaning that the regression equation significantly. The correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating r xy = 0.571, then the correlation coefficient significance test was done using the t test and the resulting t = 3.812 and ttabel = 1.70 Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship. The coefficient of determination obtained at 32.63%, which shows that 32.63% of the variation is determined by organizational commitment organizational culture.
