Abstract

DEVIA PUSPITA BADZLIN. 2016. 8143163179. Penataan Arsip pada Divisi Teknik Administrasi Bisnis Perum Jamkrindo. Program Studi DIII Administrasi Perkantoran. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper was written to find out the arrangement of records in the Division of Business Administration Engineering of Perum Jamkrindo. The method used in the collection of Scientific Works is Descriptive method, namely by collecting data through observation and literature study. From the results of this Scientific Work Review, Archive Arrangement that can be used optimally and has use value for the organization / company, can be found quickly and precisely when needed. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the existing files needed to arrange an integrated archive, equipment / facilities that are adequate and use the archive depreciation system. With the development of arrangements and systems that are really expected to provide useful value for the company. Key Word: Archieve, Filling, Filling Archieve.
