Abstract

MELLISA NOVITA AZRA. 8143163333. Analysis Of ArchivesStorage In Secretary Deputy IPH Of Indonesian Institute Of Sciences. Study Program DIII of Office Administration, Faculty of economics, State University of Jakarta. This scientific work has a purpose to find out about Storage Archives In Secretary Deputy IPH Of Indonesian Institute Of Sciences. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with collecting data through literature study and observation. From the writing of this research, it can be known that the Storage Archives In Secretary Deputy IPH Of Indonesian Institute Of Sciences.does not have an effective and efficient filing system. It can be seen from how many documents that wasn’t kept appropriately and how the employees have a difficulty to find a document where taking longer to found when its needed. The conclusion from this writing is can be known that the filing system is very important in a company, especially if the company has a high productivity, it is a necessary for company to have an effective and efficient filing system .
