Abstract
SITA YEMIMA DEBORA. 8105153799. The Influence Of Emotional Quotient and Achievement Motivation Towards Achievement Learning at SMK Kawula Indonesia, Jakarta. Scientific Paper, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Concentration in Office Administration Education, Faculty Of Economics, State University Of Jakarta, June 2019. This study aims to find out whether there is an influence of Emotional Quotient and Achievement Motivation on the learning achievement of students in SMK Kawula Indonesia. The method used in conducting this research by using survey method with correlational approach. Population of this research is whole students of SMK Kawula Indonesia which amounted to 473 students. Affordable population of this research is whole students class XI office administration which totaled 124 students. Sampling technique use proportional simple random sampling which totaled 89 students Data analysis technique use SPSS 24.0 version. The regression equation obtained was Ŷ = 23.152 + 0.558X1 + 0.137X2. Based on the result of F test on the ANOVA tables is gained Fcalculated 68.072 > Ftable 3.10. The result shows simultanewsly the emotional intelligence and achievement motivation has a positif influence on learning achievement. Based on the result of T test tcalculated X1 8.17 > ttable 1.987 and tcalculated X2 3.197 > ttable 1.987, which shows partially emotional intelligence and achievement motivation has a significant influence on the learning achievement. The value of the determination coefficient amounted to 0.61. It can be interpreted as much as 61.3% learning achievement influenced by emotional intelligence and achievement motivation, and the rest 38.7% explained by other variables not examined.
