Abstract

SAFIRA SHOLIHATI. 8105150865. The Influence Of Training And Compensation To Performanceon Employee X At Pt Y In Jakarta. The purpose of this study to determine positive and significant effects of Training and Compensation toward the employee work performance. This research was carried out approximately six months starting from January 2019 to June 2019. The method in this research is used in the study as the survey method, which in the data collection was obtouned from respondents of the study is using questionnaires and secondary data. The population in this study is 205 employees of PT.Y in Jakarta. Affordable population is PT. Y employees for managerial and operational levels both in the office and in field sections which number 200 employees. The sample used in this study is 127 employees with propotional random sampling technique. Data on employee performance (Y) and Compensation (X2) are secondary data obtained from PT.Y. While variable data Training (X1) is primary data obtained through questionnaires using a likert scale model. Processing data in this study using the SPSS 25.0 program. The result of the F test in the ANOVA table produce F count (68,220) > F table (3,07), this mean that simultaneously X1 and X2 have an influence on Y. The t test produce t count X1 (6,865) > t table (1,979) can it was concluded thet there was a positive and significant influence between training (X1) employee performance (Y). Then t count X2 (6,479) > t table (1,979) it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between compensation (X2) and employee performance (Y). Based on the result of the analysus of the data, the multiple regrestion equation Ẏ = 38,796 + 0,292X1+ 0,003X2 is obtained. Test of coefficient of determination (R square) of 54,2% that is each variable X1 and X2 contributed influence of 52,4% to Y and the reaming 47,6% was influenced by other factor non examined.
