Abstract

LIA RACHMAWATI 8105150850. The Influence Of Compensation And Work Environment to Turnover Intention On Employees At PT X. Thesis, Jakarta: Economic Education Study Program, economics faculty, State University of Jakarta, 2019. This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment to turnover intention on employees of PT X. The research was conducted a 5 month dive from January 2019 to May 2019. The research method used is a survey method with a regression approach. The population in this study was 265 employees of PT X and for the affordable population is the cashier and sales consultant which amounted to 202 employees. The sampling techniques in this study were proportional random sampling or randomized proportional techniques, hence the samples in this study as much as 127 respondents. Based on the analysis of the analyzable requirements, data has been distributed to the normal and linear relationship. Based on the classical assumption test, in the multicollinearity test, there is tolerance from compensation and working environment of 0,812 > 0.1 and VIF value of 1,231 < 10. While the test results are heteroscedasticity compensation through Spearman's rho, the significance value is 0,348 > 0,05 and the value of the work environment significance 0,799 > 0,05.
