Abstract

SYAHRUL AZIS, 8105151617, The Effects Of Learning Motivation And Learning Discipline On Learning Achievements Student Of Class X SMK Muara Indonesia Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, 2019. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of learning motivation and learning discipline on learning achievement of class X OTKP Muara Indonesia SMK Jakarta. This research was conducted for two months, namely May-June 2019. The research method used in this study is the survey method. The population in this study were all students of SMK Muara Indonesia Jakarta. While the affordable population in this study were students of class X OTKP of SMK Muara Indonesia Jakarta, amounting to 139 students. The sample in this study were 95 respondents, this number was obtained from the tables of Issac and Michael. The sampling technique uses a proportional random sampling method. Data collection in this study uses a Likert scale. The Learning Achievement (Y) variable data is secondary data from the grades of the even smester school report for the 2019/2020 school year. The Learning Motivation variable (X1) is the primary data obtained from the results of the research questionnaire. While the Learning Discipline variable (X2) is secondary data obtained from the teacher or homeroom teacher of class X OTKP 1 to X OTKP 4. The data analysis technique used is, analysis requirements test consisting of normality and linearity test. Second, the classic assumption test consists of multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Third, multiple linear regression tests, fourth hypothesis test consisting of t test and f test. The last calculation is the test of the coefficient of determination analysis. tcount on the learning motivation variable of 6.841 and tcount on the learning discipline variable of 3.489. ttable in this study is 1,986. Because tcount > t table, it can be concluded that the variables of learning motivation and learning discipline have a positive and significant effect on learning achievement. While for the F Test, obtained Fcount of 40.345 and Ftable in this study amounted to 3.10. Because F count > F table, it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous effect between variables of learning motivation and learning discipline on learning achievement. The multiple regression equation in this study obtained results Ῠ = 58,110 + 0, 158X1 + 0, 281X2 and the deterrmination coefficient in this study was 0.467. This means that the Effect of learning motivation variables (X1) and Learning Discipline (X2) on Learning Achievement (Y) is 46.7%. Based on the result of the research that has been carried out, there are the effect of learning motivation and learning discipline on learning achievement.
