Abstract

Eka Achmad Prionggo, 8105153809. The Effects of Achievement Motivation on Learning Outcomes. Script, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2019. This study aims to find out whether there is an influence between achievement motivation on student learning outcomes on General Administration subjects at SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. This research was conducted for five months, starting from February 2019 to June 2019. The method of this research used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta with affordable populations, all students of class X (ten) who received General Administration subjects who had a total of 140 students and a total of 100 students. This sampling technique uses survey techniques, recording documents and questionnaires. To obtain learning outcomes data (Y), it is done by taking the PAS value on the Even General Administration subjects. Then the Achievement Motivation data (X) is obtained from the results of the questionnaire distribution to the respondents. Based on a simple regression test for simple regression obtained Y = 11,924 + 0,848X. then the normality test of variable X is 0.0845 <0.0886 and variable normality Y 0.0796727 <0.0886. Furthermore, the linearity test was -2883,194 <3.94. While the value of the regression significance test, based on ANOVA table has a value of Fcount 300,1928> Ftable 3.94. Furthermore, the correlation coefficient has the results of the calculation to produce r = 0.868> 0. Then the correlation significance test has a tcount of 15.25787> 1.986 at a significance level of 0.05. And finally the coefficient of determination has a value of r2 of 0.7539 which means that 75, 39%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant effect between achievement motivation on student learning outcomes in general administration subjects at SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta.
