Abstract

YANIA WAHYU PANGESTIKA. 8105151038. The Influence Adversity Quotient And Achievement Motivation On Students Learning Achievement At Vacational High School 22 Jakarta. Essay. Jakarta: Economic Education Study Program, Faculty Of Economics, Jakarta State University, 2019. This study aims to determine the influence of adversity quotient and achievement motivation on students learning achievement at the vacational high school 22 Jakarta. This research is calculated from February to July 2019. The research method used is the survey method with multiple regression approaches. The population in this study were all first class students of The 22 Jakarta Vacational High School totaling 319 students, the study sample was 167 students. The technique used is a simple random technique. Data has been normally distributed and has a linear relationship. Based on the classic assumption test, in the multicollinearity test there is a Tolerance value of adversity quotient and achievement motivation of 0.560> 0.1 VIF value of 1.785 <10 While the heteroscedasticity test results through the glejser test significant value of adversity quotient 0.733> 0.05 and Achievement motivation 0.480> 0.05. Then the regression equation obtained is yaitu = 61.575+ 0.183X1 + 0.079X2. Based on the hypothesis test consisting of the F test and the T test. First, based on the F test then (F count> Ftable), which is equal to 48,747> 3.05. Second, based on the t test, then (Tcount> Ttable), namely adversity quotient of 5,432> 1,654 and achievement motivation amounted to 2,568> 1,654. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination, adversity quotient and achievement motivation simultaneously have an effect on students learning achievement by 37,3% while the remaining 62,7% is influenced by other factors not examined. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence between adversity quotient and achievement motivation to students learning achievement at The 22 Jakarta Vacational High School.
