Abstract
EMIRTA CHAIRUNNISA. The Influence of System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality to Individual Taxpayer’s E-Filing Usage Satisfaction (Case Study at KPP Pratama Jakarta Cakung Satu). Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. 2019. This study aims to determine the influence of the system quality, information quality, and service quality on individual taxpayer’s e-Filing usage satisfaction at KPP Pratama Jakarta Cakung Satu. The period on this study is 2019. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires at KPP Pratama Jakarta Cakung Satu. The sampling technique used in this study is Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling method. The sample size used by researcher was 100 respondents based on Slovin theory and the number of samples obtained was 100 respondents. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis and the program used were SPSS 25. The results of the study shows that the system quality, information quality, and service quality has significant influence on individual taxpayer’s e-Filing usage satisfaction.
