Abstract

Dewi Wulansari, The Relationship Between Communication With Job Statisfaction at PT.ICSM Indonesia. Study Program Of Commerce Education, Department Of Economics and Administration, Faculty Of Economics, State University Of Jakarta.2015. This study aims to determine the relationship between Communication with Job Statisfaction on employees at at PT.ICSM Indonesia. This research was conducted for three months starting from March to Mei 2015. The method used is survey method through correlational approach. The population is employees PT.ICSM Indonesia. Where as the possible populations who employees of Admin & Sales, consultants,KAM (Key Account Management) and Project at PT.ICSM Indonesia, amounting to 36 people. The sampling technique is samples are taken in proporsion with simple random sampling of 32 samples. The instrument used to obtain data on variable X Communication and variable Y Job Statisfaction was measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique starts by looking for a simple regression equation and the regression equation Ŷ = 30,74 + 0,458 X, while the test requirements of the analysis are the estimated regression error normality test Y on X with L obtained liliefors test count (0.079) <L table (0.157) , this means that samples come from normally distributed population. Test of significance and linear regression by using the table Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) test was obtained regression equation (17,36)> F table (4.17) which states that the regression is very significant and regressions that produce linearity test F count (0,65) <F table (5,76) which indicates that the model uses linear regression. Correlation coefficient hypothesis tests conducted using the formula r xy Product Moment yield of 0.605, this means the relationship between two variables is strong. Tests of significance with t count equal to 4,17 and t table value of 1,70. Because t count> t table, from the above study, the researcher can conclude that there is a significant relationship between the Communication with Job Statisfaction on employees PT. ICSM Indonesia. Test determination coefficient KD of 36,65% yield This means that the variation of variable Y influenced by variable X amounted to 36,65%. So it is concluded that there are positive and significant relationship between the Communication in Job Statisfaction.
