Abstract

FRAMADHITA AGSYA. The Correlation between Corporate Image and Customer Satisfaction with Customer Loyalty Result of Passengers of Lion Air Airline in Terminal 1A Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Cengkareng. Faculty of Economy State University of Jakarta. 2015. This research purpose is to find out the relationship between corporate image and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty of passengers of Lion Air Airline in Terminal 1A Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Cengkareng. This type of research is survey, with quantitative approach. Interview and questionnaire are research technique. The population in this study were passengers of Lion Air Airline rute Jakarta-Yogyakarta with 150 samples . The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test consist of t-test and F-test. Normally distributed data can be seen from the Kolmogorov - Smirnov Z with the value of 0,720 and a significant level of 0.678 . Both variables X1 and X2 linearly with Y , can be seen from the value of the linearity X1 to Y at 0,018 and X2 to Y 0,001 . Linear calculations obtained from the equation is Ŷ = 30.463 + 0.146 ( X1 ) + 0.339 ( X2 )Based on the analysis of the data found that there was a partial effect between corporate image toward customer loyalty. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed tcount 2,715 t count greater than 1,976 ttable. Meanwhile, the partial use of customer satisfaction are affected by customer loyalty, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed tcount 3,860 t count greater than 1,976 ttable. Simultaneously there is relationship between corporate image and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed Fcount value of 10.468 is greater than the value of 3.05 Ftable. There was a significant positive relationship between corporate image and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty of passengers of Lion Air Airline in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Cengkareng with R for 0.518.
