Abstract

Mendy Istifiatun Nufus, Revisit Intention To Imogiri Cemetery : To Measure The Effect Of Destination Image, Tourist Satisfaction, Customer Experience, And Trust. Thesis, Jakarta: Program Study Of Business Education. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this research are to determine whether Destination Image effects to Tourist Satisfaction, Tourist Satisfaction effects to Revisit Intention, Customer Experience effects to Tourist Satisfaction, Customer Experience effects to Revisit Intention, Tourist Satisfaction effects to Trust, dan Trust effects to Revisit Intention. Methods of data collection using survey method with the instrument in the form of questionnaire. The sampling technique used is the technique of accidental sampling. The sample of this study are 250 respondents with the criteria of tourists who have visited the Imogiri cemetery. Technical analysis of data using SPSS version 22 and AMOS version 22 to process and analyze data research results. The results of this study are, Destination Image are positively affects to Tourist Satisfaction, Tourist Satisfaction are positively affects to Revisit Intention, Customer Experience are positively affects to Tourist Satisfaction, Customer Experience are positively affects to Revisit Intention, Tourist Satisfaction are positively affects to Trust, dan Trust are positively affects to Revisit Intention.
