This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between self esteem and self efficacy on learning achievement in class x students majoring in accounting at smkn 8 jakarta. The time of this research took place from May to June 2019. This research is quantitative with non-experimental types using survey methods. In this study the population consisted of all students in class x accounting majors with a total of 108 students and the sample selected amounted to 84 students. The authors use the proportional random sampling formula in determining the sample in this study. Secondary data in the form of legger value mid semester even 2018/2019 academic year students of class X smk 8 Jakarta are used to measure the variable y (learning achievement). While the questionnaire with a Likert scale that has been tested for validity is used to measure data variable x1 (self esteem) and variable x2 (self efficacy). Of the 35 statements, for x1 variables as many as 9 items drop and 26 items are valid. Of the 35 statements, for x2 variables as many as 8 items drop and 27 items are valid. The results of the variable reliability test x1 are 0.914 and x2 variables are 0.916. This study uses SPSS version 24 for data analysis techniques. The results of the normality test of 0.055 indicate that the data is normally distributed. The results of the linearity test are below 0.05, variable x1 is equal to, 000 and variable x2 is equal to, 015. The resulting multiple regression equation is Ŷ = 68.139 + 0.108 X1 + 0.052 X2. The results of the F test on the ANOVA table, namely Fcount (11,177) > Ftable (3.11), indicate that the variables Self esteem (X1) and Self Efficacy (X2) simultaneously (together) and significantly influence Learning Achievement (Y). The t test produces a partial variable Self Esteem (X1) has tcount (3,928) and the Self Efficacy variable (X2) tcount (2,055) with ttable (1,989), indicating that there is an effect of the Self Esteem variable on Learning Achievement, and there is an effect of the Self Efficacy variable towards Learning Achievement. The results of this study conclude that there are contributions from the variables Self Esteem and Self Efficacy on Student Learning Achievement by 21.6%.
