Abstract

Anggo Laksono. 8105145055. The influence of Creativity and Innovation on Production Furniture in Bekasi. Thesis: Study Program of Economics, Faculty of Economics. Jakarta State University, 2019. This study aims to determine whether there is influence of creativity and innovation to the production of furniture in the town of Bekasi. The research was carried out for 2 months starting from January to February 2019.This study using survey method with corellation. Collecting data using the technique, using a questionnaire respondents as many as 75 companies furniture primary data and secondary data. From the test results obtained reliability value Creativity .900, .788 for innovation, therefore, is highly reliable research instrument to be used. This study data analysis using SPSS software version 22.0. The results showed that the simultaneous creativity creativity and innovation have an impact of 51%. The implication of this research is to increase creativity and drive to produce innovation that is good for the company. Keywords: Creativity, Innovation, Production
