Abstract

ABSTRACT AJI SEPTIAN PRATAMA. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN KNOWLEDGE SHARING AND SELF-EFFICACY IN PT ANGKASA CITRA SARANA CATERINGSERVICE. Thesis, Jakarta Economics Education Studies Program, Concentration of Education Administrative Offices, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, December 2011. This study aims to get the data / facts right (valid, correct and valid) and trustworthy (reliable) about how far the relationship between self-efficacy with the relationship between knowledge sharing at PT Angkasa Citra Sarana Catering Service. The study was conducted over three months starting in October until the month of november 2011. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The study population was all employees of PT Angkasa Citra Sarana Catering Service 960 people, and affordable population of this study is an employee who was in the administration, amounting to 160 Employees. Samples are used as much as 110 employees by using proportional random technique. To capture the data variable X (self-efficacy) and Y variable data (knowledge sharing) instrument used was a questionnaire form. Prior to use, tested the validity of construct (Construct Validity) through the validation process of calculating the correlation coefficient score points with a total score and reliability testing with Cronbach alpha formula. The results of the reliability of the instrument variable X (selfefficacy) of 0.723. While the results of the reliability of the instrument variable Y (knowledge sharing) of 0.719. Test requirements analysis is performed by finding the regression equation obtained is Y = 49.04 + 0.645 X. The results of normality test lilliefors produce L Lcount = 0.062 hereas for n = 110 at the 0.05 level is 0.083. Because L the variables X and Y are normally distributed. To significant test F count regression obtained (51.92)> F (3.93) this proves that the regression mean. While the test kelinearan produce F count tabel count (1.27) <F (1.70), this means that used linear regression models. Test the product moment correlation coefficient r yield of 0.570. Then proceed with the tests of significance coefficient by using t test The results obtained are thitung (7.21) while the T xy on dk = n-2 = 108 and significance level 0.05 is 1.67, meaning t count > t table . The calculation of the coefficient of determination yield r Table xy 2 Table = (0.570) 2 = 0.32 this shows that 32.47% of variance is determined by the Self Knowledge Sharing efficacy. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy with knowledge sharing in PT Angkasa Citra Sarana Catering Service.
