Abstract

LISTIANTI ELFINA PUTRI. The influence of the school environment and the Discipline of Learning Outcomes Learning Against MYOB Computerized Accounting Accounting Class XI student in SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta.Thesis, Jakarta: Economic Education Program, Concentration in Accounting Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, in 2019. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the school and the discipline of learning environment affect learning outcomes MYOB accounting computer at SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta. The population in this study is a class XI student of SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta Accounting totaling 108 students. Collecting data using a questionnaire or a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is by usingDescriptive statistical analysis, test requirements analysis, multiple regression analysis (t test and F), test the multiple correlation coefficient, and the coefficient of determination test using SPSS. Based on the description of the analysis has been done then the school environment and discipline of study contained in class XI SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta Accounting fall into either category.In the school environment variables obtained t (7.876)> t table (1.98) so H0 is rejected and partially a significant difference between the school environment on learning outcomes. In the discipline of study variables obtained t (6.453)> t table (1.98) so H0 is rejected and partially a significant difference between the discipline of learning on learning outcomes. While the test results obtained Fhitung F (120.821)> F table (3.11) it can be concluded that the school environment variables and discipline of study jointly significant effect on learning outcomes by multiple correlation coefficient of 0.956 and a big unknown determination coefficient of 74, 9% so the hypothesis is accepted. Thus, based on the test results of the analysis conducted, the results of student learning on MYOB accounting computer subjects affected by the school environment and discipline of learning.
