Abstract

Anggriawan Oktobisono, 8105152397, THE INFLUENCE OF PARENTING AND DISCIPLINE OF LEARN TO LEARNING OUTCOMES OF ENTREPREURSHIP STUDY CLASS XI OFFICE ADMINISTRATION AT SMK BINA PUTRA SOUTH JAKARTA.Thesis, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. 2019. This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of parenting and discipline learn to learning outcomes of entrepreurship study class XI office administration at SMK Bina Putra. This research was conducted for one month in July 2019. This study used quantitative methods with a correlational approach. The survey method is used to obtain primary data for variable X1 (parenting) and secondary data for variable X2 (discipline of learn). Affordable population of this study amounted to ± 114 students. Based on Isaac & Michael's table, the number of samples in this study were 94 students. The sample technique used is Proportional Sampling technique, which uses proportional random method. For data processing, researchers processed questionnaires using a Likert scale and a Differensial Semantik scale. Learning outcomes variable (Y) and discipline of learn (X2) is secondary data obtained from the teacher and school. As for the parenting variable (X1) using primary data in the form of research questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using the SPSS 25.0 version program began by looking for test requirements analysis using Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test with a learning outcomes significance of 0.200, parenting of 0.200, and discipline of learn of 0.200, then using linearity test with a significance value on linearity parenting of 0.000 , significance value on discipline of learn linearity of 0.000, classical assumption test by using heterokedatisitas test in Spearman 'rho test with Sig value. (2-tailed) parenting variable 0.830 and discipline of learn variable 0.875. Because the value is more than 0.05 there is no heterokedastisity, then using path analysis, and hypothesis test using F test and t test. The conclusion in this study is the parenting and motivation of work have a positive and significant impact on the learning outcomes of students class XI office administration at SMK Bina Putra.
