Abstract
FAZRI HUSAINI. 8105153445 Effect of Self-Efficacy and Peer Conformity On Cheating in Twelfth Grade Students at SMK Negeri 17 Jakarta. Script. Jakarta: Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2019. This study aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy and peer conformity on the behavior twelefth grade students at SMK Negeri 17 Jakarta. This research was conducted starting from April 2019 to July 2019. The research method used was a survey method with a correlational approach. The population in this study were all students at Vocational High School 17 Jakarta, totaling 521 students. The reachable population is class twelfth grade students at SMK Negeri 17 Jakarta, amounting to 174 students. The sample used in this study according Isac and Michael table is 119 students. The technique used is a proportional random technique. Data cheating behavior (Y) is primary data, as well as self-efficacy data (X1) and peer conformity (X2) are primary data using a Likert scale. Based on test requirements analysis, data has been normally distributed and has a linear relationship. Based on the classic assumption test, in the multicollinearity test there is a Tolerance value of the variables of self-efficacy and peer conformity of 0.908> 0.1 and VIF values of 1.101 <10. For the results of heteroscedasticity test through Glejser test, the significance value of self efficacy is 0.75> 0.05 and peer conformity is 0.77> 0.05. The regression equation test obtained is Ŷ = 50,060-0,529 X1 + 0,366 X2. For the results of the F test based on the ANOVA table, obtained Fcount is 11.103> Ftable 3.07 which means that self-efficacy and peer conformity simultaneously influence cheating behavior. While the results of the t test obtained by the self-efficacy tcount of -0,3495> ttable 1.980, which means that self-efficacy has a negative effect on cheating behavior. While tcount peer conformity is 4.073> ttable 1.985, which means peer conformity has a positive effect on cheating behavior. Then for the test of the coefficient of regression obtained 0.161, which means that there are effects of independent variables namely self-efficacy and peer conformity on the dependent variable cheating behavior of 16.1% and the remaining 83.9% is influenced by factors or other variables not examined. Keywords: cheating behavior, self-efficacy, and peer conformity.
