Nurbaiti Isna Ayu Anggraeni, 8105153971. The Influence of Reward and Punishment on Learning Motivation at Siswa SMK Pelita Tiga No. 1 Jakarta. Script, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2019. This study aims to determine whether there The Influence of Reward and Punishment on Learning Motivationat Siswa SMK Pelita Tiga No. 1 Jakarta. This study took three months, starting from April 2019 to June 2019. This research was conducted by using survey method. The population reached in this study amounted to 120students. Based on the table Isaac and Michael the number of samples in this study as many as 89 respondents. The technique of selecting respondents using proportional random sampling, that is using proportional random method. For data processing, researchers processed the questionnaire by using Likert scale. Learning Motivation Variables (Y), Reward (X1), and Punishment (X2) is the primary data in the form of research questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is, first test requirement analysis consisted of test of normality and test of linearity. The results of he normality test for learning motivation were 0,200, for reward 0,200, and for punishment 0,200. 0,000 linearity test results. The second test classical assumption tests consist of multicolinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The multicollinearity test results for the Tolarance value were 0,151 > 0,1 and the VIF value was 6,611 < 10. The heteroscedacity test results for reward were 0,857 and the punishment 0,941. The third multiple linear regression tests. Fourth hypothesis test that contains t test and F test. F test result is f countFhitung 604,100> Ftabel3,10in this case X1 and X2 varibles simultaniously hasrelationship with Y variable. T test produce X1 t count thitung3,038>ttabel1,98827, it means there is positive and significant relationship between X1 with Y. X2 t countthitung10,669>ttabel1,98827it means there is positive and significant relationshipbetween X2 with Y. Based the analysis of multiple regression equation obtainedequation Ỷ= 6,051– 0,158X1 – 0,629X2. Based of determinationcoefficient (R²) test obtained value 0,934which means Reward (X1) andPunishment (X2) have an effect on Learning Motivation (Y) equal to 93,4%andthe rest 6,6%influenced by other variables that are not researched.
