Abstract

TRIESYAS MAYA ADE PUTRI. The Influence of Learning Disciplinary and Family Environment Towards Learning Motivation of First Grade Students at SMK Bina Siswa Utama Kota Bekasi. Skripsi. Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Faculty of Economy, State University of Jakarta, 2019. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of learning discipline and family environment on learning motivation of first grade students at SMK Bina Siswa Utama Bekasi. This research was conducted from December to Mei 2019. The method used is a survey method with a correlational approach. The population in this research are all first grade students of Bina Siswa Utama Vocational High School with a total population is 175 peoples and the sample size taken by researchers was 114 people based on the table of Isaac and Michael with an error rate of 5%. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling technique or simple random technique using a questionnaire. Based on test requirements analysis, result of normality test on learning motivation, learning disciplinary, and family environtment’s variabels is equal to 0.200 > 0,05. The result of linearity test on learning disciplinary and learning motivation is equal to 0.000 < 0.05, and linearity test result on family environment and learning motivation is equal to 0.000 < 0.05.. Based on the classic assumption test, in the multicollinearity test there is a Tolerance value of learning disciplinary and the family environment is equal to 0.807 > 0.1 and the VIF value is equal to 1.240 < 10. While the results of heteroscedasticity test through Spearmans rho test, the significance value of learning disciplinary is equal to 0.830 > 0.05 and the significance value of family environment is equal to 0.237 > 0.05. Furthermore the regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 32.132 + 1.490 X1 + 0.444 X2. Then based on hypothesis testing consisting of t test and F test, the result of t test (t count > t table) on learning disciplinary is equal to 4.426 > 1.981 and t test result on family environment is equal to 5.231 > 1.981. The result of F test (F count > Ftable) is equal to 41.743 > 3.08. Based on the coefficient of determination test, learning disciplinary and family environment to explain the learning motivation simultaneously is equal to 42.9% while the rest of 57.1% is influenced by other factors not examined.
