The Influence of Service Quality On Purchasing Decisions On The Custumer Restaurant Hoka Hoka Bento (Management Student Survey 2016 – 2018 State University of Jakarta).Marketing Management Study Program DIII, Faculty of Economics, State University Of Jakarta. This research was conducted to analyze the effect of service quality on the purchasing decisions of Hoka Hoka Bento Restaurant consumers. In this study the data used were questionnaire distribution data to 100 respondents from the Jakarta State University Management Students of 2016 - 2018 who had visited the Hoka Hoka Bento Restaurant and used these goods or services with a non-probability sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study used SPSS 25.0 with multiple linear regression techniques. Keywords : dimensions of service quality, dimensions of purchasing decisions, and reliability test
