Abstract

YOGIE INDRAJIT The correlation Between Stress At Work With Performance Parts employee employee Department of Marine, Agriculture and Food Security Aministrasi City East Jakarta in Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta. Tata Commerce Education Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research was conducted at Suku Dinas Kehutanan, pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Aministrasi City of East Jakarta for four months, starting from January 2015 to April 2015. The method used was survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Dept. of Marine, Agriculture and Food Security Aministrasi City of East Jakarta. Affordable population are employees in the forestry, agriculture and food security, amounting to 35 employees. The sampling technique used was simple random technique as many as 32 employees. The resulting regression equation is Y = 115.52-.35 X. Test requirements analysis that estimates the error normality test regression of Y on X with the test Liliefors produce Ltabel Lhitung = 0.109 whereas for n = 32 at the 0.05 significance level was 0.157 Because Lhitung (Lo) <Ltabel (Lt) then the error appraiser Y over X normal distribution. Regression linearity test produces Fhitung <Ftable, namely 0.61 <2.34, so it was concluded that the linear regression equation. Significance of the regression test produces Fhitung> Ftable, ie 11.21> 4.17, meaning that the regression equation significantly. The correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating r xy = -0.522, further test correlation coefficient significance using the t test and the resulting t = 3.349 and ttabel = 1.69 Thus, it can be concluded that there is a negative and significant. The coefficient of determination obtained by 27.21% on employee Dept. of Marine, Agriculture and Food Security in East Jakarta City Aministrasi determined by job stress.
