Rio Julianto, 2019; The Effect of Motivation and Work Discipline toward Work Productivity of Production Division Employee PT Bintang Sempurna. Thesis: Jakarta, Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The Purpose of the research are: 1.) To know the description of motivation, work discipline and work productivity of Production Division Employees PT Bintang Sempurna. 2.) To determine the effect of motivation toward work productivity of Production Division Employees PT Bintang Sempurna. 3.) To determine the effect of work discipline toward work productivity of Production Division Employees PT Bintang Sempurna. This study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method to analyze data. The research model used in this study uses descriptive explanatory. This research was conducted on 80 employees, with a saturated sampling (census) technique. The technique of collecting data uses a survey method, namely spreading questionnaires which are then processed with a SmartPLS 3.2.7 program. The results of PLS show there is a positive and significant influence between motivation toward work productivity and there are positive and significant influence between work discipline toward work productivity of Production Division Employees PT Bintang Sempurna Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Productivity
