Abstract

ABSTRACT Indah Novebriyani. 8105132185. The Influence Of Learning Motivation And Learning Habit To Learning Outcomes On Student In SMK Nurul Iman Jakarta. Script, Jakarta: Jakarta : Program Study Education Of Office Administration, Faculty Of Economy, State University Of Jakarta. 2017. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence between learning motivation and learning habits to learning outcomes in student at SMK Nurul Iman Jakarta. This research was conducted in March 2017 until May 2017. The research method used is survey method with causality approach. The population in this study is all students of SMK Nurul Iman East Jakarta, amounting to 357 students. While the population is affordable is all students class X Office Administration 2 and X Office Administration 3 as many as 75 students. The sampling technique used in this study is proportional random sampling, so that got the number of research samples as much as 58 respondents. Data collection techniques used survey techniques, documentation and questionnaires. To get the data of learning result (Y), done by counting the average value of daily test result and repetition of semester semester subjects semester even mathematics. Then the data of learning motivation (X1) and study habits (X2) was obtained from the result of questionnaire distribution to the respondents. Data analysis technique performed is test analysis requirements consisting of normality test and linearity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test consisting of F test and T test. Based on the result of the analysis, it is known that there is a partial influence between the motivation Learning and learning outcomes. Can be seen from the results of data analysis is known that the value of t count of 4.886> tcable value 1.673. Then it is known there is a partial influence between learning habits and learning outcomes. Can be seen from the results of the data analysis is known that the value of t count of 4.007> value tdable 1.673. Motivation learning and learning habits simultaneously affect the learning outcomes, it is seen from the data that shows the value of Fhitung equal to 113.844> Ftabel value of 3.16. The regression equation obtained is Y = 6,927 + 0,470X1 + 0,403X2. Based on the determination coefficient test obtained value of R2 0.805 which means learning motivation (X1) and study habits (X2) have an effect of 80.5% on learning outcomes (Y)
