Abstract
ABSTRACT NURSHINTA OKTARINY. 8105128063. The influence of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PerumDamri.Thesis, Jakarta: Economic Education Program, Concentration Education Office Administration, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2017. This research was conducted for three months from November 2016 to January 2017.The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. Population in this research is the field of public city transport company Damri totaling 120 employess, and used as a sample 89 by using simpe random sampling technique. Instrument used to obtain data on the variable X (transformational leadership) questionnaire with Likert scale. The resulting regression equation isÝ = 57.787 + 0.173 X1 + 0.173 X2. Normality test results Y on X1 and X2 with Kolmogrov-Smirnov test produces a value of 0.207 X1, X2 0.207 and 0.207 at the Y for a significant rate of 0.05, the normal distribution of data. Linearity test between X1 and Y Generate significant value for 0,000 and between X2 and Y generate significant value for 0,000 due to the significant value of less than 0,005 so between X1 and Y, X2 and Y has a linear relationship. Of the test generated multikolinieritas tolerance value of 0,923 is greater than 0,1 and less than 5 VIP value is 1,073, we can conclude that there is a problem multikolinearitas.Heteroscedasticity test with Spearman’s rho test, signiifkcantvalues X1 0,461 and X2 0,613 greater than 0,05 then there is no problem heteroscedasticity. Knowable test F 48.830> Ftable 2.32.T test Produces Tcount of Tranformational leadership 6.428 > Ttable 1,671. Determination coefficient of 53,2%. Conclusion that there are significant positive and significant correlation between transformational leadership and motivation on the performance of the employees of public companies Damri Jakarta.
