Abstract

FEBRY HADIYANA. The Relationship Between the Classroom Climate with the Learning Motivation the Students of Class X and XI Accounting Skills Program at SMKN 15 South Jakarta. Thesis. Jakarta. Study Program of Economics Education, Consentration in Accounting Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta 2017. The aim of this research is to determine the correlation between the classroom climate with the learning motivation the students of class X and XI accounting skills program at SMKN 15 South Jakarta by using empirical data and facts are valid and reliable This research conduct at SMKN 15 South Jakarta. The research method use is survey method. The population in this study is students class X and XI Accounting skills program at SMKN 15 South Jakarta as many as 137 people. The sample used as many as 100 people. The sampling technique in this study is proportional sampling. To get data from two variables, researcher using likert scale model for classroom climate (variable X) and learning motivation (variable Y) Regression equation in this research is Ŷ = 40,41 + 0,81 X. From this equation test requirements analysis conducted by normality test error estimate the regression of Y on X obtained by Liliefors. L count iv < L table (0,0471 < 0,0886 It mean the data are normally distributed. On the liniearity the regression test we got the result F count (1,54) < F table (1,61) which can be conclude that the regression model is linear. As for the meaningful test obtained F count (59,77) > F table (3,938), indicating that the regression equation means. The test result by using a correlation coefficient of Pearson product moment values obtained r xy = 0,6155. This means there is a positive correlation between classroom climate with learning motivation of students class X and XI accounting skills program at SMKN 15 South Jakarta. From the t-test calculations obtained t count = 7,731 > t table = 1,98 indicating a significant correlation between classroom climate (variable X) with learning motivation (variable Y). From the calculation result obtained 37,88% coefficient of determination so it can be said that the variable Y learning motivation is determined by the variable X classroom climate of 37,88%.
