Abstract

Delpy Puspita Sari, 2020; The Influence Of Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Work Discipline to Work Productivity of Production Department Employees At PT A. Skripsi, Jakarta: S1 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The purpose of this research are: To know 1) The descriptions of motivation, job satisfaction, work discipline and work productivity of production department employees at PT A, 2) The influence of motivation to work productivity of production department employees at PT A, 3) The influence of job satisfaction to work productivity of production department employees at PT A, 4) The influence of work discipline to work productivity of production department employees at PT A, and 5) The research models of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline can predict work productivity of production department employees at PT A. This research was held to 99 production department employees at PT A. The data collecting techniques was held with interview and survey methods which were spreading the questionnaires to the employees then processed using SPSS version 26 programs. The research was held with descriptive and explanaroty analysis. The results from multiple regression shows that there was a positive and significant influence between motivation and employee work productivity, there was a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction and employee work productivity, there was a positive and significant influence between work discipline and employee work productivity, and research models of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline can predict work productivity of production department employees at PT A with the amount of F-score > F-table (31,163 > 2,70) with it’s significancy 0,000 < 0,05.
