Abstract

Endah Noor Hafilah, 8105162986, The Influence of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. SKF Indonesia, Thesis, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SKF Indonesia. The research method used was a survey method with a descriptive approach. The affordable population in this study were 180 production employees at PT. SKF Indonesia. Based on the Slovin formula, the number of samples in this study were 124 respondents. For data processing, the researcher processed the questionnaire using a Likert scale. Employee Performance Variables (Y), Transformational Leadership (X1), and Organizational Culture (X2) are primary data in the form of a research questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the SPSS version 25.0 program starting by looking for the analysis requirements test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test with the significance of Transformational Leadership of 0.200, Organizational Culture of 0.200 and Employee Performance of 0.200, then using a linearity test with a significance value of leadership linearity. transformational is 0.000, the significance value on the linearity of organizational culture is 0.000, the classical assumption test uses the heterocedatisity test in the Spearman 'rho test with the Sig. (2-tailed) the transformational leadership variable is 0.830 and the organizational culture variable is 0.969. Because the value is more than 0.05, heteroscedasticity does not occur, then using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The conclusion in this study is that transformational leadership and organizational culture are influential positive and significant towards employee performance.
