Abstract
NADA SYARIFAH. 2020. 1703517005 Analysis of Archive Maintenance and Security at Directorate of Advocacy amd Communication, Information, Education Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga berencana Nasional (BKKBN). DIII Study Program in Office Administration. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This scientific work is a forum for introducing Archival Preservation and Security as something to facilitate the filing system in this division. The method used in this scientific work is to use descriptive analysis with various data collection methods through literature review reviews, observations and practices. With the important role of records in a company, but there are still many companies whose maintenance and security in their archives have not been implemented properly. For example in the company where the author conducts street vendors at the same time research, there are still many archives that are piled up and left alone, this makes the archive easily damaged and if needed will be difficult to be found again. From the results obtained that the Maintenance and Security of this Archive is very helpful for employees in finding documents again if at any time needed again and also to avoid damage and loss. And the system is still very long to develop, it takes the role of all employees to support maximizing results. Keywords: Archive Maintenance and Security.
