Abstract

Tiara Alycia Wijaya, 1703517018. Analysis of Recuitment and Online Selection at PT Indra Karya (Persero). Office Administration Study Program, Department of Economics & Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2020. Scientific work was made aiming to determine the process of recruitment and online selection in the PT Indra Karya (Persero). The method used by the author in the discussion of scientific papers is descriptive analysis method with data collection methods using observational studies and literature studies. From the results of the writing, it can be seen that the process of employee recruitment and selection in the PT Indra Karya (Persero) HR, General & IT division is still not going well. This happens because the company's ROPT website does not provide a complete table of data on prospective employees. The conclusion of this writing a complate information system is needed so that when sorting potential applicants does not take much time. Keywords: Recuitment, Employee Selection
