Abstract

Nurur Rijal, 2020. The Influence Of Good Corporate Governance, Debt Policy and Growth Of Corporate On Corporate Values (Study At Property, Real Estate and Building Construction Sector Company Listed On Indonesia Stock Exchange In 2016-2018). This study aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance, debt policy and corporate growth on corporate value in the property, real estate and building construction sector company listed on indonesia stock exchange in 2016-2018. The research method used is a quantitative research method and uses secondary data, namely companies in the property sector, real estate and building construction companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange. Samples were used by 39 companies in 2016-2018 through purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression using spss application version 25. The results of this study indicate that partially good corporate governance has no effect on corporate value whereas, debt policy and debt policy corporate growth has a positive effect on corporate value.
