Abstract
Dinda Ayu Puspita, 2020: The Effect of Leadership Styles and Work Environment toward Employee Performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit X. Thesis Jakarta: Study Program of Management, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) Description of leadership styles, work environment on employee performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit X, (2) Effect of leadership styles on employee of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit X, (3) The influence of work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit X. This study took a sample of 104 employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit X. This study uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) leadership styles has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit X, (2) work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit X.
