Abstract
Nabil, 2020: Investigation Customer Satisfaction Automatic Scooter Motorbike 150cc. Thesis, Jakarta: S1 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. This study aims to determine whether brand image, promotion and purchasing decisions have an influence on customer satisfaction on 150cc scooter motorbike users. This research was collected using Google forms and obtained 315 respondents. Data were analyzed using SEM method with the help of Lisrel 8.80 software. Getting the results, namely brand image has no influence on purchasing decisions, promotion has a positive influence on purchasing decisions, purchasing decisions have a positive influence on customer satisfaction, brand image has a positive influence on customer satisfaction and promotion has no influence on customer satisfaction. Kata Kunci: Brand image, promotion, purchasing decisions, customer satisfaction, SEM.
