Abstract

Ribka Pa’kamase Tariallo, 2020: The Effect of Financial Literacy and Gender on Financial Management Behavior with Financial Attitude as Intervening Variable (Study on Emplployess at PT Telkom Infra) This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and gender on financial management behavior, and determine the indirect influence financial literacy and gender on financial management behavior if mediated by financial attitude. Population in this research is employees in PT Telkom Infra. The sample in this study was taken by slovin method, data analysis used Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). The result of the research showed that there is no significant influence between gender on financial management behavior and financial literacy had a positive significant influence to financial management behavior. Other that, increase financial literacy had a positive and significant influence to financial management behavior if mediated by financial attitude. So high of financial literacy increase financial attitude and the will increase financial management behavior Keywords: financial management behavior, financial attitude, financial literacy, sosiodemografi, financial literacy, gender
