Abstract

KURNIA DEWI AYUNING TYAS, The Correlation Between Service Quality With Purchase Decision At Solaria Pondok Gede RW 007 Kelurahan Jatibening Kecamatan Pondok Gede di Bekasi. Study Program Of Commerce Education, State University Of Jakarta, May 2016. The aim of the research is to find the possibility correlation between Service Quality With Purchase Decision Solaria Pondok Gede in RW. 007 Kelurahan Jatibening Kecamatan Pondok Gede di Bekasi. The research was conducted for four months from February 2016 until May 2016. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this research is whole citizens RT. 001 dan RT. 002 RW. 007 Kelurahan Jatibening Kecamatan Pondok Gede di Bekasi which bought in Solaria Pondok Gede as many as 63 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 23,250 + 0,694X. Test requirements analysis of the normality test eror of estimated regression of Y on X to produce Lcount liliefors test = 0,071, while the Ltable for n = 63 at 0.05 significant level is 0,112. Because Lcount < Ltable then an error estimate of Y on X is normally distributed. Testing linearity of regression produces Fcount < Ftable is 0,86 < 1,82, so it was concluded that the linier equation regression. From test significance regression produces Fcount > Ftable which is, 46,24 > 4,00, meaning that the regression equation is significant. Correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy = 0,657, the performed the test significance correlation coefficient using the t test and the resulting tcount = 6,80 and ttable = 1,67. It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant. The coefficient of determination obtained for 43,12% which shows that 43,12% of the variations of purchase decisions are determined by service quality.
