Abstract

CYNDY YULYANTY. The Effect of Electronic Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty Shopee in Students in Jakarta. Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of electronic service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty Shopee in students in Jakarta. This research was conducted for 6 months from January to July 2020. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method through questionnaires and the purposive sampling method and data analysis technique was path analysis to 150 respondents, namely students in Jakarta who became Shopee customers. Based on the results of the study, data analysis is in accordance with the hypothesis conducted.
